--Can you tell us a scene or a storyline from The L Word that posed a great challenge for you, as an actress?

Honestly, even though I wasn't really in it - it wasn't my story-line necessarily, I think Dana getting cancer was very difficult to witness. I wasn't a part of the storyline like some of the other actresses, but I thought that was a very challenging topic. I didn't like it too much.

--I think we were all very sad.

Yes, exactly.

--From among Shane's relationships with Carmen, Sherry, Paige, and Maureen, which pairing was your favorite?

Sherry. Because she's just as dangerous. Both she and Shane are time-bombs waiting to go off. I think that's why they're drawn to each-other. It was very dramatic, and that was fun to play.

--If you could choose a new girlfriend for Shane, which actress would you choose?

If I could choose anybody in Hollywood? Wow, who would I choose? There’s tons of 'em.

--From the cast?

I can't give... I mean, I don't really know what's going to happen. I think it would be nice if Sherry would stick around a little bit more.

--Again, Sherry! (laughs) For this upcoming Season 6, if you could choose, who would you like to invite as a guest on the show?

I'd like to have Jane Lynch come back more. I wish she was in every episode. I'd like to be in every scene with Jane Lynch.

--She is a fabulous actress, isn't she? Are there any shops that you would like to visit while you are in Japan? Are there any Japanese brands that you're fond of?

I've been to several shops already. I was at Number 9, and Undercover. So to some degree I have gotten to see the shops I wanted. In addition to Number 9 and Undercover, there was also Milkboy.

--Japanese fans of The L Word adore Shane's fashion. Is there any particular look of Shane's that you like best?

I kind of like everything. I like when she's a little more put together - not so schlumpy in jeans and a t-shirt - but I guess that's also part of her charm. I always liked the jackets. I have to say the jackets are my favorite.

--Now I'd like to ask if you could give a video message. Today you were able to meet 10 of your fans, but there were actually over 200 applicants. Do you have a message for our readers who unfortunately could not come?
