1. The Dinah heats up
※The Dinah gets hotter each and every year.
Every year thousands of lesbian and bisexual women converge at the world’s largest lesbian event, the Dinah Shore Weekend, in Palm Springs. This year at The Dinah 2009, run by Club Skirts, there was more heat than ever with performances by some of the States’ biggest stars, including out bisexual electro-pop princess Lady Gaga, the sensation-stirring “I Kissed a Girl” singer-songwriter Katy Perry, and The L Word’s Leisha Hailey in her band, Uh Huh Her.

Designer Vanessa Craig, creator of the dyke fashion brands Xkiller and Sew Gay (available to residents of Japan through Tokyo Wrestling's Online Shop), set up a retail booth at the venue and reports that the response was terrific.
