『ハスラーホワイト』を始め、物議を醸しつつも、アンダーグラウンドでゲイポルノアート・カルトムービーを制作し続けてきた、鬼才監督ブルース・ラ・ブルース。そんな彼の最新作『ラズベリー・ライヒ』がついに日本上陸。“テロリズムと性の革命”というテーマで、ウィルヘルム・ライヒの性革命理論とヘルベルト・マルクーゼの『エロス的文明』を、ブルースならではの斬新な解釈で、テロリズムとポルノを見事に調和させた話題作。世界中の名高い映画祭に招待され大きな反響を呼んだが、その過激な内容とアナーキーなスタイル、リアルな性描写などから日本国内の映画祭や映画館から上映拒絶をされ続け、日本公開不可能といわれていた問題作でもある。その他、ポストパンクの伝説的バンドのメンバーの出演や、エレクトロパンク色の強いサントラなども見逃せない。好き好きこそあれど、アンダーグラウンド・クィアカルチャーの中心的作品として、今回の奇跡の上映は一生一度のチャンス！　
　
The Rasberry Reich (2004, 90 minutes) ～ Join the homosexual intifada!

The remarkably talented and ever-controversial director Bruce LaBruce hit the film scene big time with Hustler White in 1996. He has since continued in his long career of producing artsy, underground, pornographic and gay cult movies - and only now has his newest work, The Rasberry Reich, made its entry into Japan! Set as a film of terrorism and sexual revolution, Bruce La Bruce masterfully blends pornography with militant warfare for an interpretive exploration of the theories of renowned sexologist Wilhelm Reich and Herbert Marcuse's Eros and Civilization. The Rasberry Reich has toured the world's most celebrated film festivals - and caused quite an enthusiastic stir, yet its anarchistic style and hard-core sexual imagery have inspired Japanese movie theaters and film festivals to flatly refuse to show it. Many believed it would never make the big screen in Japan! Post-punk icon Genesis P. Orridge makes a radical appearance in this fantastic not-to-be-missed flick -- tuned to the beat of a rocking electro-punk soundtrack!
