以前ここでもご紹介したオランダのレズビアンアート季刊誌 『GIRLS LIKE US』のオリジナルグッズであるバンダナと、GLUエディターチーム・セレクトのコンピレーションCD「GLU MUSIC #1」が、MARIOS LEFT TANKER（東京・恵比寿）にて発売開始。 Original design bandanas and a compilation CD - both crafted by the team behind the seasonal lesbian art magazine Girls Like Us - are now available at Marios Left Tanker in Ebisu, Tokyo.

クリス・ヴァン・アッシュによるディオール オムの2009年春夏コレクションをナン・ゴールディンが07年にパリで撮影。ランウェイやバックステージにて、南米出身のモデルの男の子たちの生の動きを彼女ならではの視点でリアルにキャッチした写真が展示されている。その写真の一部は、現在発売中のメンズモード誌『VOGUE HOMMES JAPAN』の創刊号にも10ページに渡って掲載されている。 Nan Goldin's pioneering style of photography has become known around the world for its fresh eye on themes of gender, love, and sexuality. Right now, through October 13th, you can catch Goldin's "Wild Horses" exhibition at the Dior Omotesando in Tokyo. In 2007, Nan Goldin photographed the Dior Homme 2009 Spring Collection by Kris Van Assche in Paris. The "Wild Horses" exhibition captures - as only Goldin could - the South American models for the collection, along with the raw exhilaration of the runway and the intensity of time backstage. Some of the photographs have been printed on page 10 of the first issue of the new men's fashion magazine, "Vogue Hommes Japan", on sale now.

今春、日本で唯一のスポットが京都国立近代美術館に出現。メンバーは4月中旬頃より来日し、新作のための滞在制作を京都で行ない、5月3日のライヴ・パフォーマンスで新しいバージョンのART RULESを発表。日本の振付家や映像作家とのコラボレーション、着物を使った創作衣装（CoS + kimono = COSIMONO コジモノ）など京都ならではの要素も盛り込まれる。約1週間の制作過程は一般にも公開され、また、出演作家たちによるレクチャーも開催。

国は、どの写真を猥褻としてこの写真集を輸入禁止にしようとしたのか、そして地裁、高裁、最高裁の判決はどのような論理だったのかを掲示する、原告の浅井隆によるトークショーも併せて催される。 In '99, Japan banned the import of a posthumous book of photography by openly gay artist Robert Mapplethorpe, for "obscenity" (it showed amongst others, close-ups of erect male genitalia). On 19 February, the Japanese publisher who wanted to import the book, the president of UPLINK (the distribution company which has released creative independent films such as Go Fish), finally won the case to overturn the ban. In commemoration of the decision, an exhibition of Mapplethorpe's photography will be held, followed by a presentation by the publisher on the banned photos and the legal process involved in having the photos released in Japan.
