ついにレズビアンが本格的に日本のファッション誌に進出！　『Lの世界』のDVD発売にともない、今月号のビューティ誌『VoCE』（P.246-247）で女優などを紹介。ポスト『セックス・アンド・ザ・シティ』としてドラマのスタイリッシュさを強調し、さらにシェーン役キャサリン・モエニグも含め主演女優からスタイリストまでのセクシュアリティに堂々と触れている記事。西欧同様、今後日本でもレズビアンがファッショナブルなイメージと結びつき、2008年はレズビアンの年になるかも？　是非チェックしてみて！

At last, the L word is about to officially rocket into the world of Japanese fashion magazines! In
line with the upcoming release of the Japanese the L word ("L no Sekai") DVD, this month'sVoCE introduces the lead cast (January 2008 issue, pp 246-247). The article accentuates the hit drama's ability to deliver stylish appeal in a post-Sex and the City era, while openly flirting with the sexuality of the actresses (including Katherine Moennig) and stylist from the show. Before long lesbians will boast the same fashionable image in Japan that has taken the rest of the world by storm... 2008 may even be the Year of the Lesbian in Japan! fancyBOYSのLEOがジバンシィのモデルに！

●　『Libération Next』（フランス）　2007年10月号（3号）

ギリシャ神話の動物たちが東京のアンダーグラウンドな世界と交差した時

フランスの雑誌『Libération Next』で、今最も注目されているジバンシィのアートディレクター兼デザイナー、リカルド・ティッシのファッションシューティングが行われた。「レ・ザニマール」（アニマルたち）と命名された今回の企画は、ティッシが毎シーズン見事に披露する官能的な世界観をファッション都市東京に移すことにし、そのモデルのひとりに、fancyBOYSのLEOが起用された。

今季のコレクションのインスピレーション源はギリシャ神話であるが、その様々なアニマルたちを現代に移し、“アーバン女神”に見立てている。『Libération Next』のために、ティッシはその魅惑的な演出を東京で表現し、海外では “可愛い人形”のイメージが強い日本女性をワイルドに仕立てた。彼女たちの“動物的な野性、アグレッシブな美貌、洗練されたタトゥ”を引きたてて。

ニューズウィーク日本版（9/26号）「同性愛パワーで婚姻革命を！」 Newsweek Japan 9.26

今週発売中のニューズウィーク日本版（9/26号）に、同性パートナーシップ制度などに関しての特集が組まれている。「同性パワーで法の壁を打ち破れ」という見出しに、「人権　同性カップルに異性の夫婦と同等の権利を認める動きが世界で拡大中」というサブタイトルで、5ページにも及ぶ記事である（P.48-52）。

This month's edition of Newsweek Japan includes a special feature on same-sex domestic partnerships. The five-page article "Breaking Down Legal Barriers with Same Sex Power" is given the sub-text, "Movements by same sex couples to obtain equal rights to straight couples are spreading throughout the world."

イラン人レズビアン強制送還の危機！ URGENT: don't deport Pegah Emambakhsh

Highlights

イラン人女性のPegah Emambakhshさんは、パートナーが逮捕、拷問、死刑に処せられてから本国を脱出し、2005年にイギリスで難民申請を行いましたが、却下され、来週火曜日（28日）に強制送還されることになりました。

送還されたらむち打ちと投石の刑、つまり死刑になります。

『Numéro TOKYO』　07年8月号に尾辻かな子氏掲載 Kanako Otsuji in the magazine Numéro TOKYO

雑誌『Numéro TOKYO』の今月号で尾辻かな子氏（民主党参議院比例区第55総支部長）が2ページに及んで取り上げられている。尾辻氏は、同性愛者であることを公表して国政政党から国政選挙に出馬する初めての議員であり、政治家を目指した理由や同性結婚などについて語っている。他にも、世界各国における同性愛者の合法性を示した地図が掲載されている。
06年7月号の『marie claire』での『the L word』についての記事に続き、日本の女性ファッション誌でレズビアンが大きく取り上げられるのは今回が2度目である。

An article of two pages on Kanako Otsuji, Japan's first out lesbian politician, has been published in the magazine Numéro TOKYO, August 2007 issue. Otsuji talks about the reason why she became a politician, and about the same sex partnership. A map on legality of homosexuality all over the world is published as well.

After marie claire, July 2006 issue, it's the second time in Japan that a lesbian topic is posted in such a big scale in a women fashion magazine.
