□Placing and Receiving Your Order

□ Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Requests will be accepted at any point before confirmation of shipment has been sent.
Changes and cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been posted.

Our stocks are replenished wherever possible. If the item you are interested in is out-of-stock, please contact us to inquire about future availability through restocking or back orders.

□Making Payment

All orders are sent cash on delivery (COD). (There will be a 315 yen service fee)

□Delivery

As a rule, for in stock items, your order will be shipped within one week of the day it was placed. We cannot arrange for the order to arrive on a certain date, but we can have it delivered at a preferred time of day. Simply specify your preferred time from among the following when making your order.

Morning; 12:00 to 14:00; 14:00 to 16:00; 16:00 to 18:00; 18:00 to 20:00; 20:00 to 21:00

□Terms for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for unused items sent within one week from the date of receipt.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs in the case of non-defective items.

□Clothing Size

Sizes given in terms of S, M, L, etc. vary according to brand.
For this reason, the size of each item is also represented in centimeters (cm). Tokyo Wrestling recommends that you estimate fit using these measurements before your purchase.
Measurements apply to the length and width of T-shirts as shown below.
